University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Clinical Skills Building

As part of the KADG design team, Nando DeGirolamo, was involved in the design development and wayfinding signage program for the Clinical Skills Building. The style of this facility is robust with the professional sophistication of a research facility. Neutral in colour, the industrial grade materials of the structures and finishes are complemented nicely by areas of colour serving as an eye-catching wayfinding tool. Along with a creative use of colour, custom symbols were created to indicate each animal ward.

Currently under construction, the Clinical Skills Building will prove to be a world class teaching facility augmented by effective signage and wayfinding.

BOND Creative is currently managing the implementation of the Clinical Skills Building's signage and wayfinding program.
