Roadking Travel Centre

Designed to attract both professional drivers and tourists, this travel centre combines a large number of services related to the trucking industry along with general amenities for travelers. Along with the Roadking identity designed by KADG, Nando was responsible for site signage and amenity identities within the facility. Albert's Homestyle grill required a specific identity for this audience that reflects the wholesome and home cooked spirit. The new identity was applied from signage to staff uniforms and menus. McCully's General Store identity and signage also reflects the corner store concept from times past. Woodcut icons and typography treatments are used to identify product areas within the store. This concept was carried through for "McCully's Express" located within the gas station sundries area.
